MICHAIL LEONIDOVICH GOLUSHKOV

- Golushkov was born in Mogilev in 1974.
In 1997, he graduated from the Mogilev Mechanical Engineering Institute majoring in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Machine Tools, and Tools. From 1997 to 1998, he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
From 1997 to 2006, he worked at the Mogilev Automobile Plant named after S. M. Kirov of the Belarusian Association for the Production of Heavy-Duty Vehicles “BelavtoMAZ” (Mogilev) holding positions of Manufacturing Engineer (Hydromechanical Transmission Shop), Head of Technology Bureau (Mechanical Assembly & Unit Facility), Deputy Head (Mechanical Assembly & Unit Facility), Deputy Head for Production Planning (Mechanical Assembly & Unit Facility), Deputy Head for Production Planning for Technical Services (Unit Facility), Chief Maintenance Engineer, Deputy Chief Engineer for Equipment Operations & Repair, and Deputy Chief Engineer for Production Planning.
From 2006 to 2014, he held senior leadership positions at the Mogilev branch of BELAZ OJSC – the managing company of BELAZ-HOLDING: as Deputy Branch Director for Technical Affairs (Chief Engineer) and later as Branch Director – Deputy General Director.
From 2014 to 2019, he served as Head of the Oktiabrskij District Administration of Mogilev.
From 2020 to 2022, he worked as General Director of the Mogilev City Utility Unitary Enterprise “Department of Utility Enterprises”, Mogilev.
From 2022 to 2025, he served as Deputy General Director and Chief Engineer at Mogotex OJSC.
On December 8, 2025, he was appointed Vice-Rector.

- Golushkov graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus majoring in Public Administration of the National Economy.
