A.V. Kazanski graduated from the Mogilev Mechanical Engineering Institute in 1989. He worked as Chairman of the Student Trade Union, and in 1994, he was elected Chairman of the MMEI United Trade Union Committee.
While leading the trade union, he devoted considerable attention to developing social partnerships at the institute, as well as organizing housing, health, educational, and cultural activities.
In 1997, he was appointed Vice-Rector for Educational Work. Under his leadership, a system of educational and ideological work was formed at the university.
A.V. Kazanski places great emphasis on the creative development of students. Since 1997, the university has hosted international intellectual game festivals, followed by an open popular song festival in 2001, and a modern, pop, and sports dance festival since 2006.
A.V. Kazanski holds the title of Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus. He prioritizes establishing the necessary framework for sports and recreational activities.
He is responsible for student part-time work programs and the coordination of student construction teams.
A.V. Kazanski graduated with honors from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus and pursued a Candidate in Economic Sciences degree at the Academy’s Department of Theory and Practice of Public Administration.
He is a frequent participant in international and national scientific conferences and seminars. He has authored over 60 publications focusing on the government regulation of higher education and the management of educational and ideological work.
