UNIVERSITY, YOUTH AND SPRING!
The program of the event included a number of activities. The visitors had an opportunity to become acquainted with the deans of the faculties, students and the staff of the admissions committee. The visitors could share their impressions of our university in the specially arranged photo area “I ♥ BRU”. The Department for Extracurricular Activities organized some educational contests and quizzes; and the contestants received gifts. The visitors had a chance to become familiar with some achievements of the university's scientists and students at the exhibition organized in academic and laboratory building No. 7. They could participate in interactive simulations, interact with an androgynous robot and participate in the argon-shielded welding process. The deans informed the prospective students about educational opportunities offered by their faculties and focused on scientific, cultural, sports and other activities of the university.
The Head of the Admissions Committee A. I. Kashpar covered the issues related to the admissions campaign-2021, the application deadlines, changes to the admissions rules and the activities of the Admissions Committee. The faculties of the university organized presentations of educational multifunctional laboratories: manipulators and drives, mechatronics and robotics, additive technologies and innovative mechanical engineering, engineering geology and soil science. The prospective students and their parents had the opportunity to see the unique innovative equipment of the university and attend masterclasses and mini-lectures.
The Open Day of the Belarusian-Russian University was attended by final year students of secondary schools from Mogilev, Mogilev Oblast, Polotsk, Vitebsk, students of vocational and secondary special education institutions. Thank you for attending the Belarusian-Russian University Open Day!
