The Department of Humanities is holding classes in the framework of the “The Greatest Lesson in the World” international education project supported by UNICEF and UNESCO and aimed at informing children and young people about the Sustainable Development Goals. This event is being held in UN member countries from September 24 to November 20.
The Sustainable Development Goals are set out in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by world leaders at the United Nations Summit in September 2015. The goals are aimed at fighting inequality, tackling issues of social protection of the population, economic growth, environmental protection and promoting well-being for all.
We invite students to participate in the competition for the best superhero to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals ‘The Superhero for the SuperGoal”. You need to come up with your superhero/superheroine and an illustrated story of how he/she helps you achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. Detailed information is available at the Department of Humanities (Room 310).
