CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FINALISTS OF THE OLYMPIAD BIT-CUP 2018
The Student Olympiad in the field of information technologies BIT-Cup 2018 took place in November 2018. 469 undergraduates and master’s students from 37 educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus took part in the event.
The BIT-Cup Olympiad was held for the fifth time. The distinctive feature of this Olympiad was its practical nature: the tasks had been developed by the partners of the Olympiad – leading IT companies that evaluated not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills of the participants.
The Belarusian-Russian University was represented by three participants; two of them, Vitaly Ivanovich Gorodkov and Nikolai Vladimirovich Klepchukov, reached the final.
On November 28, Nikolai Vladimirovich Klepchukov, a master’s student of the Automated Control Systems Department, won the final of the Olympiad in the category ‘ISsoft Competition: Full-Stack Web Development’ (http://bit-cup.bsuir.by/final.html).
