RESULTS OF THE ‘SAFE ROAD’ OLYMPIAD
The ‘Safe Roads’ Olympiad was held by the Department of Automobile Roads at the RUE Mogilevavtodor branch on December 20, 2018.
The participants of the Olympiad performed individual tasks on the subject of road traffic organization and safety including test assignments. In addition, the contestants demonstrated their knowledge of facilities of road traffic organization and skills of placement of traffic signs used at road works sites and on road sections during their maintenance.
In addition, leading experts of the RUE Mogilevavtodor delivered practice-oriented lectures on road maintenance and organization of safe road traffic in Mogilev region. All participants of the Olympiad received certificates.
The winners are as follows:
- 1st place - Aleksandr Nikolayevich Andriunkin, AD-141 group;
- 2nd place - Vadim Aleksandrovich Shipov, AD-141 group;
- 3rd place - Anastasiya Igorevna Smagula, AD-142 group.
The organizers of the Olympiad on behalf of the Belarusian-Russian University were Head of the Department of Automobile Roads V.V. Kutuzov and Senior Lecturer of the Department T. A. Poliakova.
