A corporate professional development training course for senior officials of the internal affairs bodies of the Department for Safety and Security of the Mogilev Region were held at the Belarusian-Russian University.
The curriculum developed jointly with employees of the Mogilev Region Directorate of the Department for Safety and Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus covered some important issues related to responsibilities of heads of internal affairs bodies.
The course was designed to provide participants with new theoretical and practical knowledge as well as to increase their professional level, to develop professional skills and build new competencies necessary for competent performance of professional activities; to contribute to the development of psychological, communicative and informational competences of the training course participants.
The training course comprised lectures, roundtables, thematic discussions, business games and trainings.

Upon completion of the training course a final exam was held to evaluate the participants’ academic achievements. The employees of the Mogilev Region Directorate of the Department for Safety and Security demonstrated good knowledge of the course materials.
The graduates were awarded certificates of professional development in a festive atmosphere in the presence of First Vice Rector, PhD in Engineering, Associate Professor Yury Viktorovich Mashin and Deputy Director for Academic Affairs and Innovation of the Professional Development Institute, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Svetlana Olegovna Kaminskaya.
Head of the Mogilev Region Directorate, Militsiya Colonel Aleksandr Sviatoslavovich Shepelev attended the ceremony and congratulated his employees on the successful completion of the course.
