STUDENT OF FACULTY OF CONSTRUCTION TOOK PART IN THE 2ND YOUTH IT FORUM OF BELARUS AND UZBEKISTAN
Evgeny Karachinov, a student of the Faculty of Construction, took part in the 2nd Youth IT Forum of Belarus and Uzbekistan held in Uzbekistan on November 18-23, 2019.
The Forum included six sessions on issues related to IT and young people’s activities. The participants discussed the following topics: “Information Technologies, Mobile Services and Robotics”, “Youth Policy: Implementation and Improvement Mechanisms”, “Youth Entrepreneurship. How to Organize Activities of Student Construction Teams”, “Information Technology”, “Volunteer Movement. Youth Social Projects” and “Regional and Cultural and Humanitarian Cooperation. Town Twinning. Youth Tourism.”
Evgeny took part in one of the sessions and gave a presentation about the Student Employment Office of the Belarusian-Russian University. He described the activities of the Employment Office, spoke about work opportunities and jobs students can do in their spare time. The Forum participants exchanged experiences and discussed possibilities for future cooperation.
