The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) invites students to take part in the Falling Walls Lab, an international competition of research and business ideas. The competition is held in the format of a science slam - a three-minute presentation in English.
The competition is organized by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, the Berlin-Senate, Bayer Foundations, Google, Huawei and Sartorius.
The first stage of the competition will be held on May 16 at the Institute of German Studies of the Belarusian State University. One hundred participants from around the world will compete in the Falling Walls Lab Finale, which will be held in Berlin on November 8, 2020.
To participate in the competition, you must register before April 7, 2020 at www.falling-walls.com/lab/apply. Jan-Peter Abraham, a DAAD lecturer and a teacher of the Belarusian State University, is responsible for the qualifying round in Belarus (daad-bsu@yandex.by).
