BELARUSIAN-RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY ATHLETES TOOK PART IN NATIONAL COMPETITIONS
Athletes from the Belarusian-Russian University took part in triathlon and athletics competitions. On August 30, 2020, the student of the Faculty of Construction (group PGS-172) Daniil Maslenkov took part in the largest triathlon race in Belarus Minsk Triathlon 2020, 1/8 IRONMAN (475 m swimming + 22.5 km cycling + 5.25 km running). Daniil took second place in his age group (18-25) and third place in the overall standings.
Ilya Karnaukhov, a student of the Faculty of Construction (group PGS-161), took part in the Athletics Cup of the Republic of Belarus, which took place in Brest from 15 to 17 July. The student took second place in the 4x400 m relay and first place in the 800 m race.
Besides, Ilya participated in the Athletics Championship of the Republic of Belarus held in Minsk from July 30 to August 2, where he took first place in the 800 m race and in the 1500 m race.
