BELARUSIAN-RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY TOOK PART IN 7TH FORUM OF REGIONS OF BELARUS AND RUSSIA
On September 28 and 29, 2020, Minsk hosted the 7th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia. The Belarusian-Russian University took an active part in this event. Rector of the University Mikhail E. Lustenkov participated in workshop No. 3 “The feat of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War at the heart of patriotic education and civic responsibility” and gave a talk entitled “The system of civic and patriotic education at the Belarusian-Russian University and its role in strengthening friendship of fraternal peoples”. The workshop was held in the building of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. An exhibition dedicated to the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War was arranged as part of the event.

- Lustenkov took part in the plenary session of the Forum which was held in the ‘Minsk’ Congress Hall of the President Hotel via videoconferencing. The most important issues of the Belarusian-Russian cooperation in all spheres, including education, were addressed at the session.
