STUDENTS OF BELARUSIAN-RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY TOOK SECOND PLACE IN BUSINESS BATTLE “THE BEST YOUTH START-UP OF THE UNION STATE” AT 9TH FORUM OF UNIVERSITIES
The 9th Forum of Engineering and Technology Universities of the Belarus-Russia Union State took place on October 27-30, 2020.
Students of the Faculty of Engineering and Economics Smirnov V. Y. (MIR-171) and Shampanov S. O. (ASOIR-171) took second place in the business battle for the title of “The Best Youth Startup of the Union State”. The Belarusian-Russian university students presented their startup project “Educational Games for Children”.
Before the final business battle, the students were provided with helpful strategies and recommendations on how to present their startup projects, how to design and present their innovative ideas and developments most effectively.
The students who took part in the business battle represented both Belarusian and Russian universities. The student projects were judged by a panel of experts. The winners selected by the panel of judges were as follows: the students of the Belarusian National Technical University took third place, and students of Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University won first place.
