REGIONAL STAGE OF STUDENT OF THE YEAR COMPETITION HELD AT BELARUSIAN-RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY
On November 6, the regional stage of the Student of the Year Competition was held at the Belarusian-Russian University. Six representatives of the region competed for the title of the best student.
The participants demonstrated their creativity and performance skills and talents in “I am a student!” self-presentation, the declamation contest “#VProfessii”, in the intellectual competition and the creative contest “molodezhPRO”.
The “Idea” project competition was aimed at developing creative, scientific and professional capabilities of young people and finding solutions to problems facing young people today.
The best video about the university was chosen by the Internet voting, and the winner in this category received the Online Student of the Year Award.
Arina Safonova, a student of the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of the Belarusian-Russian University, took the second place. Together with the winner of the contest, Arina will represent the Mogilev region at the Republican contest where she will compete for the Student of the Year title.
