The fifth-year students Aleksandr Uzhanov and Viktor Shapovalov and the first-year master’s student Evgeny Zubkov have presented a schematic design of a pedestrian bridge across the Dnieper River in the Podnikolie Park area. The project was developed as part of the contest “100 Ideas for Belarus”.
The idea of a pedestrian bridge across the Dnieper River has long been in the air, and the General Construction Plan of Mogilev envisages its construction. The project developed by the students and submitted for participation in the competition was also considered at the meeting of the Mogilev City Executive Committee along with other projects. It is planned that the design company will use the ideas and schematic designs of Aleksandr Uzhanov, Viktor Shapovalov and Evgeny Zubkov when developing design and estimate documentation for the construction of the pedestrian bridge.
We wish the students of the Faculty of Construction further success and hope that their project will be put into practice!
