BELARUSIAN-RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY TOOK PART IN EXHIBITION OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL ACHIEVEMENTS DEDICATED TO BELARUSIAN SCIENCE DAY
On January 29, 2021, the Belarusian-Russian University took part in the exhibition of scientific and technical achievements dedicated to the Belarusian Science Day. The exhibition was held in the building of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and comprised more than 400 scientific developments presented by 35 organizations. The exposition featured the advances in research and development of the Belarusian science and proved the effectiveness of implementation of state programs in the field of scientific, scientific, technical and innovative activities.
The Belarusian-Russian University presented the following innovative technology solutions:
- fiberscopes and videoscopes;
- technology of combined magnetodynamic rolling in an active processing medium;
- system for moisture content remote monitoring in PU FOAM insulation of flexible pre-insulated pipes;
- ELECTRONIC GUIDE information and advertising system;
- inertial-pulse hole burnishing tool;
- high-strength submicrocrystalline bronzes for electrical purposes;
- mechanically alloyed composite powders for gas-thermal coatings;
- composite bearing element of building structures;
- SPHERIO_MSeries reducers;
- technology to improve wear resistance of tooling;
- control systems based on virtual instrument technology;
- shielded welding and additive buildup technology for steel parts with arc parameter control.
The stand of the Belarusian-Russian University received a number of positive reviews from media representatives, including ‘Russia’ TV channel and the Union State television.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus Dmitry Krutoi, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Yury Nazarov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Belarus Dmitry Mezentsev, Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Ulakhovich, Chairman of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Vladimir Gusakov and representatives of state bodies and diplomatic missions.
